1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Additional written terms may apply to a quotation, reservation, campaign, studio session, itinerary service, tour, or other engagement.

2. About PIN Agency and the website

PIN Agency directly provides certain services, including tours, itinerary planning, and photography, when they are offered. PIN Agency also promotes or coordinates services supplied by independent third-party businesses, such as clinics, venues, transport providers, and other partners. The website additionally publishes informational content about Korea. Each webpage, quotation, or written confirmation will identify whether PIN Agency or a third party is the service provider and will describe the scope, price, schedule, deliverables, and applicable conditions.

3. Informational content

Website and blog content is provided for general information. We aim to keep it useful and accurate, but locations, prices, schedules, admission rules, product availability, regulations, and third-party policies may change. You should verify time-sensitive information with the relevant official source or provider before relying on it.

Content about beauty, skincare, clinics, immigration, law, finance, health, or safety is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Individual experiences and results may vary.

4. Inquiries, quotations, and bookings

For services directly provided by PIN Agency, including tours, itinerary planning, and photography, the service relationship is between the customer and PIN Agency. For third-party services, PIN Agency generally acts as a marketing, referral, or booking intermediary and may receive a commission or referral fee from the provider. In those cases, the identified third-party provider supplies the booked service.

Sending a website form, email, Instagram message, KakaoTalk message, or other inquiry does not by itself create a confirmed booking or contract. A booking is confirmed only when PIN Agency or the identified third-party provider, as applicable, gives written confirmation. Any advance payment or deposit is required only when stated in the applicable offer or confirmation. Before confirming, please review the service description, price, inclusions, exclusions, schedule, provider requirements, and cancellation terms. Provider-specific terms govern third-party services, while the written terms agreed with PIN Agency govern services supplied directly by PIN Agency, in each case subject to applicable law.

5. Prices and payments

Prices, currencies, taxes, payment deadlines, and payment methods will be stated in the applicable offer or confirmation. For tours, itinerary planning, and photography supplied directly by PIN Agency, payment is generally due after the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. PIN Agency does not charge customers a separate booking fee for arranging third-party services, although it may receive a commission or referral fee from the provider. Third-party payments may be collected by the provider or processed by an independent payment provider, whose terms and privacy practices also apply. Mandatory consumer rights and legally required refunds are not limited by these Terms.

6. Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling

Each third-party booking is subject to the cancellation, refund, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show policy of the identified provider, as disclosed on the provider’s booking page, offer, or confirmation. PIN Agency cannot override the provider’s decision. Requests should be submitted to the provider or through the booking channel specified in the confirmation. PIN Agency may assist with communication but cannot guarantee a refund, credit, or rescheduling outcome. PIN Agency does not currently maintain one uniform cancellation policy for its directly supplied tours, itinerary planning, or photography services. Any service-specific terms will be stated in the relevant quotation, confirmation, or separate agreement; if no terms were stated, please contact PIN Agency promptly and the request will be addressed case by case, subject to applicable law. Where mandatory law gives the customer stronger rights, those rights prevail.

7. Third-party providers and platforms

Third-party services may involve independent clinics, studios, venues, guides, transport providers, restaurants, accommodation providers, ticketing services, payment processors, or online platforms. PIN Agency may market or introduce these services, coordinate a booking, and receive a commission or referral fee. When PIN Agency acts as an intermediary, the third-party provider remains responsible for its services, professional decisions, availability, safety procedures, performance, and booking terms. Unless a written confirmation expressly states otherwise, the service contract for a third-party service is between the customer and the identified provider. These provisions do not apply to tours, itinerary planning, photography, or other services expressly identified as being supplied directly by PIN Agency. PIN Agency does not control third-party websites or guarantee their continued availability. Nothing in this section excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including responsibility for PIN Agency’s own conduct.

8. Beauty, skincare, and clinic information

Any medical diagnosis, suitability decision, treatment recommendation, consent process, prescription, procedure, or aftercare instruction must come from the appropriately licensed clinic or professional. PIN Agency does not provide medical care. You are responsible for giving the provider accurate health, allergy, medication, and treatment-history information and for asking questions before proceeding.

9. Travel and event responsibilities

Unless expressly included in writing, you are responsible for passports, visas, insurance, transportation to meeting points, personal expenses, and compliance with venue, immigration, public-health, and safety rules. Events and travel arrangements may change because of weather, closures, provider decisions, public restrictions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current information needed to respond to an inquiry or perform an agreed service.
• Use the website and services lawfully and respectfully.
• Meet confirmed deadlines, arrival times, eligibility conditions, and provider instructions.
• Obtain permission before supplying another person’s personal information, image, music, trademark, or other protected material.

11. Communications through external services

If you contact us through Instagram, KakaoTalk, email, or another external service, that service’s own terms and privacy practices apply. Messages may not be received immediately, and urgent medical, safety, or emergency requests should be directed to the appropriate emergency service or qualified provider.

12. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, branding, text, graphics, photographs, videos, guides, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to PIN Agency and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and share ordinary website links for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, sell, scrape, modify, republish, or commercially exploit substantial website content without prior written permission.

13. Materials you provide

When you provide text, images, footage, logos, or other materials for an inquiry or agreed project, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide and use them. You grant PIN Agency only the permission reasonably necessary to assess the request and perform the agreed service. Any promotional or portfolio use will be governed by the applicable agreement or separate permission.

14. Prohibited use

You may not interfere with website security or operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, misuse contact channels, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or use automated extraction in a way that burdens the website or violates applicable law.

15. Availability, disclaimers, and liability

We may correct, update, suspend, or remove website content or features without notice. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item of information is complete and current.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PIN Agency is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of the website or reliance on general informational content. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer-protection rights.

16. Privacy and cookies

Our collection and use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. Optional analytics remains disabled unless you accept it through the website’s privacy choices. You may change that choice using the Cookie Settings link in the website footer.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our website, services, or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted with a new effective date. Changes do not retroactively alter a confirmed service agreement unless the parties agree or applicable law requires otherwise.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law. If a dispute arises, the parties should first try to resolve it in good faith. Any unresolved dispute will be handled by a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
