We primarily represent influencers with an audience who are based in Korea or willing to relocate.
- Korean and international creators are welcome, including bilingual Korean talent.
- Your recent content, audience and direction matter more than a single follower count.
- Create in your own language. Communicate with our team in English or Korean.
- Have the appropriate permission for your intended work, or discuss your needs before any work begins.
We may also consider promising emerging talent for mentoring when there’s a strong fit. Applications are reviewed individually.

Sponsorship applications
For selected international talent, PIN can support the sponsorship application process after a representation contract is signed. The required permission depends on your status and intended work; government approval is not guaranteed.
Housing and settling in
After signing, agreed support can include finding housing, understanding fair rental terms and navigating practical essentials. You cover your rent, deposit and other housing and settling-in costs.
Mentoring and production
Emerging talent may be considered for mentoring when there’s a strong fit. Creators usually film and edit their own content; PIN production assistance is available when specifically agreed.
Support is tailored to your individual contract. Start work only once you have the appropriate permission for the activity.

Do I need an established following?
We primarily work with influencers who already have an audience. We look at recent work, audience fit and potential, and may consider promising emerging talent for mentoring. There is no automatic acceptance based on a follower count.
Can I apply from outside Korea?
Yes, if you’re willing to relocate. Tell us your current location, timing and whether you expect to need sponsorship. We welcome Korean and international talent, including bilingual Korean creators.
Can I work on an individual project?
Our main focus is ongoing representation. We may also consider individual projects when your work fits the brief and you have the required permission for the intended activity. Include the project details in your email.
Do you provide visa sponsorship?
For selected international talent, PIN can support the sponsorship application process after a representation contract is signed. Eligibility depends on your status and intended activities. Korean authorities decide applications; approval is not guaranteed, and work must wait until the appropriate permission is in place.
Is housing paid for?
No. After a contract is signed, agreed support can include finding housing and understanding fair rental terms. You pay your own rent, deposit and other housing and settling-in costs.
Is work guaranteed?
No. Projects and income depend on fit, client demand, availability and agreed terms. Cash, product or service compensation is project-specific and agreed before you commit.
What are the commission and representation terms?
Commission, representation scope and support are agreed in your individual contract. We discuss which work the agreement covers and how fees and payments are handled before you sign.
Can I bring my own brand opportunities?
Yes. We encourage you to develop your own opportunities within your agreed contract terms. Discuss them with PIN so the representation scope, responsibilities and project terms are clear.
Who films and edits the content?
Creators usually film and edit their own content. PIN can assist with production when agreed for a particular project or in your contract. The scope and any costs are agreed in advance.
