Your preferred itinerary format
Receive your itinerary in the format you prefer, such as a PDF, document or another agreed format. Tell us what will be easiest for you to use during your trip.
We agree on the delivery date and revision scope before confirming the planning service.
How the planning fee works
US$100 per customized group itinerary day. One-day minimum.
The fee covers your whole group’s shared itinerary. Shared days are charged once. If travelers need separate customized itineraries on a particular day, each itinerary is charged separately for that day.
- One shared day: US$100.
- Two independent itineraries on the same day: US$200.
- Three shared days: US$300.
- Two shared days, plus two independent itineraries on the third day: US$400.
Shared days remain charged once when another day requires separate itineraries.
Third-party provider charges, tickets, meals, transportation, and other trip expenses are separate. Reservations are subject to availability.
Already planned your own itinerary? We can help make reservations you cannot arrange yourself. Standalone booking assistance has a separately quoted fee.

Agree on the number of shared and separately customized itinerary days and the total planning fee. Before confirmation, we agree on payment, delivery format and date, revisions, and cancellation terms. Third-party availability and provider costs are checked separately.
